(New York, NY) – Body Beautiful, “The Ultimate Cosmetic
Surgery Expo,” celebrates the ever-growing popularity
of cosmetic enhancement as it unites the worlds of cosmetic
surgery, beauty, and more at the Jacob K. Javits Convention
Center on Friday, September 28, and Saturday, September 29,
2007. This unique event features exhibitors from the leaders
in cosmetic surgery and dentistry, laser procedures, weight
loss, lasik eye surgery, skincare, pharmaceuticals and salons,
among others. Consumers can consult one-on-one in an intimate
environment with board certified plastic surgeons and a multitude
of other pros.
According to the American Society for Aesthetic and Plastic
Surgery, over 7.5 million people are undergoing a procedure
to alter their appearance each year in the United States, and
a new study by the same organization in 2006 shows that both
men and woman of all ages report a willingness to tell others
that they have had a cosmetic procedure done. Evidently, today’s
society has embraced that these procedures are further becoming
commonplace. Pair these statistics with the numerous television
hits that capture the cosmetic surgery experience, such as “Extreme

12PM – 8PM, and Saturday, September 29, 2007 from 10AM
